Packer and Shipper

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to help fulfill customer orders following our Whatnot livestream sales. This role is crucial in ensuring that buyers receive their items accurately and on time. You’ll be responsible for pulling sold inventory, packing orders securely, and preparing them for shipment. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring that orders are shipped on time and in excellent condition.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment

• Retrieve and organize all Whatnot orders after each livestream
• Cross-check orders with sales reports for accuracy
• Handle products with care, especially collectibles or fragile items

Packing & Shipping

• Safely pack orders using appropriate materials and boxing
• Prepare packages for shipping using platforms like Pirate Ship, ShipStation, or direct USPS/UPS drop-off
• Ensure all packages are shipped out same day or next day after each sale

Inventory & Workspace

• Keep the packing station clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Notify the team of any inventory discrepancies or missing items
• Assist with organizing incoming products between sale days

Qualifications

• Prior experience in packing, shipping, or fulfillment preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• Comfortable using or learning Whatnot seller tools and order tracking
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving packages efficiently

Expected hours: 26 – 32 per week
