Warbird is seeking a full-time Chief Nursing Officer for a 25-bed critical access hospital and health system, which includes a 125-bed nursing home facility. There are two ORs and one GI Suite with roughly 185 cases per month. There are also 12 ER beds for treating roughly 21,000 patients per year.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of progressive leadership, the ability to inspire and guide nursing staff, and a strong understanding of operational and financial management in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead its nursing and clinical services with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care
- The CNO will be responsible for driving a culture of accountability and excellence, coordinating and monitoring nursing standards, and collaborating with leaders across the hospital to ensure the delivery of professional nursing practice

Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years’ CNO experience
RN Licensure and master’s degree in business or health-related field.
Familiarity with the technology used in a medical facility (Cerner Preferred)
Certification from an officially recognized credentialing body (Highly Preferred )
