- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
- Develop and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure precise and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards.
- Create and implement financial policies and procedures to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Oversee cash flow and banking relationships.
- Coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of audits and regulatory filings.
- Provide financial leadership and support to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing insights into financial profitability, revenue growth, and cost efficiency.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Offer financial analysis and support to the executive team, including preparing financial models and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- BS degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
- MS degree in accounting, economics, or finance preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of financial leadership experience in a hospital setting.
