What you'll do :
- Lead the implementation, optimization, design, compliance, and ongoing maintenance of all People systems, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM
- Act as the subject matter expert, addressing complex system-related issues and offering both technical and functional support
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities
- Streamline and automate key operational workflows throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on compliance, data integrity, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design efficient workflows, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with software vendors and consultants to maximize system capabilities and drive enhancements
- Manage user training and support for the People team and end users, ensuring effective utilization of the system
- Analyze data and metrics to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HRIS and workforce management

In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus and an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package.
