Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Optometrist role located in Minneapolis, MN. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye exams, diagnosing and treating vision problems, fitting and prescribing glasses and contact lenses, and educating patients about eye health. They will work closely with the Warby Parker team to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
- Experience in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing vision problems
- Ability to fit and prescribe glasses and contact lenses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of eyewear trends and products
- License to practice optometry in the state of Minnesota
- Experience working in a retail or customer-focused environment is a plus
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
