Job Description

WarCollar Industries, LLC has current openings for junior Staff Operations Officers (SOO). As a SOO you will create seamless integration between the customer and offices in the field to drive successful operations. The SOO acts as an effective, versatile, and critical resource to the success of creative, challenging, and impactful operations.

The Staff Operations Officer will :

• Utilize three to five (3-5) years’ experience and knowledge of intelligence operations, complex geographic and functional issues to provide strategic guidance and operational case management to the customer.
• Research, analyze and synthesize large amounts of data / information in support of a variety of operational and intelligence priorities.
• Prepare written, non-technical reports to management indicating solutions or range of possible alternatives in rank of desirability and probability of success when there is no single solution.
• Perform technical requirements validation using specialized methodologies and blended operations.
• Have strong interpersonal and written and verbal communications skills.
• Have ability to interact and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Have ability to work effectively in stressful situations.

Required Skills

Candidates must be United States citizens, hold an active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI), and have a positively adjudicated polygraph to be considered for this position.
