Billing/Project Administrator
Ward Electric Company, Inc, is currently hiring a Billing/Project Administrator who will assist in the daily billing/project management out of our Brighton, Colorado office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assists with development and monitoring of budgets and project schedules.
-Work with project managers to create billings and send proper billing documents to customers.
-Interpret contract documents to ensure billing is performed in compliance with all contract terms.
-Assists project management in observing and monitoring internal and external teams to ensure that the project is being completed in accordance with established project goals.
-Complete project progress reports as required.
-Assists in the project close-out.
-Maintain project master trackers and generate periodic reporting from the information.
-Assist in managing budgets and schedules at individual project levels while meeting program level completion goals.
-Processes changes in information systems to support accurate and efficient billing processes and financial close.
Requirements:
·-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
·-Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
-Proactive with the ability to work independently.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients.
-Flexibility, decisiveness, tenacity, problem solving, practical learning, detail consciousness, effective communication, dependability, responsibility, and conflict resolution are required.
-Proficiency with technology tools, including Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook, and Excel.

-In person (Split between Longmont & Brighton to start, once trained, Brighton full time)

-$25-$30/hr depending on experience and performance.
