Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records.
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including managing accounts and bookkeeping.
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.
- Maintain organization and efficiency within the office environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have Commercial Property Management Experience (Retail)
- Must be able to compile CAM's Reports (Retail)
- Proficient in Rent Manager & Sage Software
- Section 8 Management Experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in administration, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the Management Field preferred, not required.
- Proficiency in basic accounting software and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
