What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Ward's Garage Door Sales & Service Inc.?
We are seeking a reliable, organized office staff employee. In this position you will assist in daily operations and clerical tasks. You should possess multitasking and organizational abilities, be able to prioritize assignments, and complete them in a timely manner. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer service focus are a must.
Duties and responsibilities to include answering phones, directing calls, take and deliver messages, prepare outgoing mail, sort and deliver incoming mail, trouble shoot problems with customers, take payment (cash and credit card) making change when appropriate, schedule customer appointments, data entry for sales, purchasing, receivables.
Requirements and qualifications to include high school diploma or GED, be computer literate, confidence in office machinery (printer, calculator, copier), strong written and verbal communication skills, willingness to learn.
Experience not required but would be a plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
