Your Mission:
As a Food Truck Crew Member, you'll be the MVP of the truck—handling everything from firing up the charbroiler to slinging sandwiches, frying up wings, and dishing out our famous mac & cheese. This ain’t no basic gig. You’ll need to hustle, multitask, and charm our customers—all while surrounded by the mouthwatering smell of smoked meats.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and break down the food truck at beginning and end of shift
- Take customer orders using Clover POS system
- Make sandwiches (brisket, pulled pork/chicken, rib) with branded buns and toppings
- Fry French fries and chicken wings (multiple flavors) to perfection
- Charbroil ribs to order (bring that heat!)
- Plate and serve sides like mac & cheese, collards, yams, bomb beans, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety at all times
- Provide friendly, efficient service—even when it’s BUSY
- Represent the Warehouse BBQ brand like a boss
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior food truck or kitchen experience preferred (but we’ll train the right hustler)
- Must be comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Customer service skills: friendly, patient, and fast with a smile
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow systems
- Weekend availability required; weekday shifts vary
- Bonus if you’re a BBQ fan who knows your ribs from your burnt ends
