JOB PURPOSE :
The Special Orders Coordinator is responsible for efficiently processing and managing special orders placed with Warehouse Direct suppliers. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Order Processing : Manage the end-to-end special order process, including generating and submitting purchase orders to Warehouse Direct suppliers.
- Confirmation & Tracking : Proactively obtain order confirmations from suppliers in a timely manner and accurately update the internal system with the latest order information.
- Communication : Maintain clear and consistent communication with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Sales personnel regarding product availability, any potential delivery issues, and pricing concerns.
- Issue Resolution : Assist in actively troubleshooting and resolving issues related to special order purchases, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Additional Tasking : Complete other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS : Years of Experience
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior customer service experience helpful.
