Daily responsibilities include:
- Drive new business opportunities by actively identifying and pursuing leads, expanding the customer base, and promoting WOW's services through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Facilitate seamless rental experiences by efficiently managing reservation processes and ensuring all rental contracts are accurately completed and processed.
- Foster strong, lasting customer relationships by proactively engaging with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, and addressing their needs with personalized attention.
- Drive business growth by actively expanding the customer base through strategic outreach, including cold calls, emails, and leveraging social media to build meaningful connections.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by responding swiftly to inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing requests to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every customer.
- Ensure timely financials by diligently following up on outstanding payments and maintaining accurate records for smooth transaction processes.
- Safety conscious and always performs tasks in a safe manner.
- Proficient communication including interpersonal, problem-solving and follow-up.
- Energized by building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously abreast of its services.
- Detail oriented and possesses the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized and timely manner.
- Willing to operate with little to no supervision.
- "Can do" attitude.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficient with Microsoft programs especially Word and Excel.

Salary : $23 - $25
