Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Republic is a full-service third party logistics company (3PL) that specializes in serving third party sellers on Amazon.com. Founded in 2018, we currently serve 100 customers. This requires a high level of detail and willingness to adhere to processes and procedures that have been developed at the company.

The ideal candidate will have a “can do” attitude and be willing to get their hands dirty. While there is job specialization, this is an all-hands on deck company. This means that you may be helping to unload containers one day, and doing forklift work (provided you have the proper certifications) another day. We do not maintain a cleaning service and cleaning duties rotate among the staff. If you are unwilling to mop the floors or clean a bathroom from time to time, this is likely not the place for you. We believe in Safety first; and accuracy over speed.

Work Tasks You May Be Asked to Perform:

• Unloading floor loaded containers, segregating different SKUs, palletizing, stretch wrapping pallets, and checking those pallets into their appropriate locations in the racks
• Pulling orders from locations and prepping them to be shipped out
• Loading shipments onto trailers using either forklifts or pallet jacks
• Use a laptop and scanner in the warehouse to check in inventory or pull orders using the warehouse management software
• Clean various parts of the warehouse, including the yard, warehouse, break room, bathrooms (all team members do this, it would not be just you)
• Perform tasks on a reach-truck or a sit down forklift

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school, GED, or equivalent diploma
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Experience using a computer to perform basic tasks in Google sheets/docs
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
• Forklift license preferred but not required. Willing to train right individual.

Hourly pay rate: $17.50/hr - $18.50/hr

Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
