What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Warehouse Services Logistics LLC?
Responsibilities
- Maintain full cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions with a focus on experienced and entry level CDL Class A Drivers
- Source candidates utilizing advanced recruitment and traditional passive candidate sourcing while continuously innovating new ways to attract talent
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with managers on job postings, talent market information, hiring rends and recruiting best practices
- Maintain/update applicant database and provide reports as requested such as sourcing reports, applicant tracking, and other recruiting based data as directed by management.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on a variety of projects and initiatives
- Attend and plan networking events, presentations, and other industry related career fairs that will occasionally be outside of normal working hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Experience identifying, engaging and recruiting passive candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
