Warehousing Pro is a Nashville-based e-commerce fulfillment company - we receive, store, and ship products all over the world, for bands and artists, professional video gaming teams, social media influencers, online retailers, etc. Vinyl records, CDs, hats, t-shirts, posters - you name it!
The perfect fit is someone who is able to maintain a high level of ACCURACY while keeping a STEADY and QUICK pace, doesn't mind repetition but is also flexible with changing tasks if needed, is DEPENDABLE and ON TIME, and likes to have fun while they work! Showing up every day and with a SMILE goes a long way! :)
Hours are typically Mon-Fri, 8AM-4PM, with 30 minute paid lunch breaks and two additional 10 minute paid breaks. At busy times (such as November and December, etc), additional hours (with overtime pay!) are often available
Starting pay is $17.50/hr, with paid time off, paid holidays, twice-annual performance reviews, and benefits available, for full-time employees
Previous pick/pack experience and warehouse experience are required, to show knowledge of what the job entails. Note, this is NOT a climate-controlled warehouse, so it can be cold during the winter and hot during the summer.
