Unarmed Security Officer- Overnight New Braunfels

Candidates must be reliable and willing to pick up additional shifts during call offs. You must have your own vehicle to get to and from work.

- We are URGENTLY hiring for multiple openings in the New Braunfels area,(see post information below). Applicant must have open availability.

We offer bi-weekly pay, a health plan, and competitive pay and training. There may be options to pick up an additional shift/s temporarily or permanently. You must have reliable transportation to and from work.

- Pay will be $15.00 to start for unarmed officers and is based on professional security experience. Merit annual increases are determined by the management team after annual performance evaluations.

Shift Hours: Wednesday-Friday 11pm-7am (Factory/Warehouse setting)

```Duties```
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and property
- Respond to alarms and incidents, investigate disturbances, and provide emergency assistance as needed
- Conduct thorough security checks and inspections to identify potential risks or hazards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Excellent observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security threats
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective incident reporting and customer interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of alertness
