Food & Beverage Attendant
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking, and filling food/beverage orders, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards. Pay starts at $15.00/hour.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:List duties in order of time spent or importance. Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
· Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.· Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly quality service to all guests of the casino.· Complies with cash-handling procedures.· Maintains current and accurate knowledge of all menu items.· Reviews with guest all food and beverage items to ensure accuracy of order. · Learns guests’ preferences and make recommendations based on preferences.· Cleans and organizes workstations according to department standards and health requirements. · Must comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.· Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.· Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.· Always present oneself with a neat and clean appearance.· Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Must be 19 years or older.• High school Diploma or education equivalent required.• Previous server and customer service experience preferred.• Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology. • Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.

WORK HOURS:
Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.
Other Certifications? Food Handler, ServSafe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification
