SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:The Warehouse & Receiving Attendant is responsible for preparing items for shipment, verifying, and keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments, assembly and disassembly of products and shipping of all items, receiving, unpacking, verifying, and recording of all incoming deliveries. The pay rate is $15.00/hour. We have a 7AM-3PM shift and a 9AM-5PM shift available, with weekend coverage if needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
• Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.• Monitors safety practices and makes necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.• Handles incoming and outgoing mail & packages for both internal and external guests.• Sorts incoming mail, route delivery to addressee or place in individual mailbox by 3pm each day.• Operates mail processing equipment and utilize shipping/receiving equipment such as hand trucks and mail carts.• Processes and keeps records for all outgoing first class, certified and registered mail.• Weighs outgoing mail & properly calculate and affix postage.• Unpacks & examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and communicates closely with management on problems or errors.• Documents & maintains records of receipt and inspections.• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.• Participates in data entry, filing, faxing/scanning, answering phones and other general office work.• Maintains clean work area, sweep floors and general housekeeping• Performs other duties as assigned
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Must be 19 years or older.• High school diploma. GED, or relevant experience.• One (1) year of related experience.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is not required for this position.
WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority? No
Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.
Other Certifications? Forklift, Scissor lift Certification; ServSafe preferred, ability to comply with necessary insurance requirements
