What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Environmental Services - Kroontje Health Care Center position at Warm Hearth Village?
Come be the spark at Warm Hearth! We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor at the Kroontje Health Care Center. The Center offers memory care, assisted living, skilled nursing, and nursing home care and is home to 100 residents. Our housekeeping team is charged with keeping the Center in tip-top shape, including residents' rooms, common areas, and workspaces. The team needs an experienced leader who can manage both the materials, personnel, and time required to meet our cleanliness standards. The supervisor will work on the floor each day, affording them the opportunity to interact with residents, family members, and visitors. In this role, excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize will be key.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least two years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare facility.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare environment.
