Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Home Health and Assisted Living
PCA CLASS AVAILABLE AT NO COST TO ELIGIBLE HIRES – GET PAID WHILE YOU LEARN
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.
- A valid DMAS approved certificate (WHV will provide education if required).
- Availability to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
Job duties include:
- Treat residents, family, visitors, and coworkers with respect and dignity.
- Assist with all levels of ADL care allowed by DMAS PCA training class.
- Document residents ADL's and incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Observe all facility policies and procedures.
Shifts/Hours/Schedules:
- Various shifts (day, evening, overnight) and positions (Full Time, Part Time, PRN) available.
