What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Hotshot position at Warm Springs Inn & Winery?
Looking for highly efficient, organized and energetic wedding and event assistant who is willing to work part-time in the office and weekends during events as needed (summer mostly). Can work into full time position and management as experience dictates. This is not a short-term position. Position is available immediately starting part-time (min. 20 hours / week), with some flexibility in hours if working around a family situation or another job. May be able to handle office work remotely after training.
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proficient in Word, Excel spreadsheets, Google workplace, email and some social media. Nice phone presence. Can be trained to support sales, reservations and marketing. We love a good sense of humor and mature personality. Computer efficiency is mandatory. Hospitality background is a bonus. During events, may be standing or moving around for hours - so healthy and strong is important. Professional and serious worker - with room for fun!
