Senior Director of Business Development- Mid-sized CRO- Fully Remote
A mid-sized CRO is currently looking to add a new director of business development to their sales team to win and manage global accounts. In this position, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, selling full CRO services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
What you'll need to be successful:
- 5 years experience selling full-service CRO
- Bachelor's in a scientific discipline
- Be based out of the EST time zone, in either the US or Canada
- Understanding of the global market, including EMEA
What you get in return:
- Up to $220,000 in base salary
- Bonus, commission and benefits- OTE 400k
- Fully Remote role
