Senior Director Business Development - CRO
We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Director or Senior Business Development Director to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. You will leverage your expertise in clinical research services, with a focus on Full-Service, Functional Service Provision (FSP), and Biometrics offerings, to help win new accounts and develop existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new clients, driving growth across key service lines.
- Develop tailored proposals and lead contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with pharma and biotech clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven success in business development within a CRO.
- Strong knowledge of Full-Service, FSP, and Biometrics solutions.
- Established industry network and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
