Job Description
Warmzone is a national design and sales organization for electric radiant heating systems. We work with a wide variety of building professionals and home owners to sell the highest valued radiant heating systems in North America. We are looking for a national sales account manager to work in our Draper, Utah office, with responsibilities for growing the account base while maintaining existing accounts.
The position works closely with home owners, home builders, various types of sub-contractors, business owners, architects and other professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
- Follow up on prospects and jobs. Consistent and complete follow up with existing and prospect accounts is expected and required.
- Prepare presentations and proposals. Negotiate sales/purchases, manage, renew, and review contracts as required to enable effective sales growth.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Utilize CRM system to create, manage and maintain accurate account records. Create quotes, manage sales campaigns, and become versed in our product offerings.
