Your New Role...

Seeking a candidate who is interested in participating in a team environment, having a keen interest in helping manage development and current series across the Max portfolio. Ideally looking for a candidate who will be bringing new ideas and an authentic point of view to Max as well as joining a well-rounded team and bringing enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to work every day. This job will be located in Culver City.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Experience in both development and current programming and can provide strong, astute notes on outlines, scripts and cuts. Writing ability a key for notes document process.
• Special emphasis on being able to assist in helping to build projects internally with company IP and matching with creators/directors/writers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of top tier film and premium television talent and must have strong industry relationships to track talent, make lists and get access to speculative and formatted material around town.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience...

• Capability to prioritize tasks in a year-round development/production/pitch schedule.
• Proven ability to maintain effective relationships, at all levels, within the company and the larger entertainment industry.
• Experience with writing notes, working with production and post-production teams closely.
• Liaising with production, scheduling and post-production to manage show schedules, calendars, script and cut delivery process.
• Previous executive experience required- show coverage, note giving, etc.
• Writing and Organization skills for information tracking.
• Team focused work ethic.
• 4 years of experience in a relevant, comparable environment is required.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $97,510.00 - $181,090.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
