Your New Role:
As an Enterprise Technology Intake Analyst, you will serve as a key strategic partner within our Enterprise Technology & Operations department, acting as a liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you will lead the efficient intake, assessment, and routing of technology requests, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy. You will play a critical role in streamlining the process of technology decision-making and driving strategic initiatives forward by maintaining clear, consistent communication with all levels of leadership, including executive teams.
Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills, paired with your ability to translate complex technology needs into actionable insights for executive stakeholders, will make you a trusted advisor in ensuring that technology resources are aligned with business priorities. You will not only manage the intake process but also provide strategic recommendations, track data-driven performance metrics, and advocate for process improvements that elevate the organization’s technological capabilities. Your collaborative mindset, coupled with your ability to influence and communicate effectively, will ensure that the Technology & Operations department continues to deliver impactful, innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.
Your Role Accountabilities:

Strategic Intake Management:
- Lead the intake process for technology requests across the organization, ensuring that each request is evaluated based on business priorities, potential impact, and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by ensuring that requests are captured accurately, prioritized effectively, and routed to the appropriate teams for further action.

Assessment and Alignment:
- Evaluate incoming technology requests with a focus on their strategic value to the business, assessing feasibility, urgency, and resource requirements.
- Work closely with executive leadership to understand the organization’s strategic goals and ensure that technology initiatives support long-term business objectives.
- Identify potential overlaps, redundancies, or conflicts in technology requests, providing strategic recommendations for efficient resource allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Routing:
- Act as the central liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring that all incoming requests are addressed and directed to the correct resources for execution.
- Collaborate with leadership across the organization to ensure requests align with department goals, helping bridge any communication gaps and fostering mutual understanding between technical and non-technical teams.
- Facilitate high-level communication with senior stakeholders, ensuring that their concerns are addressed, and that progress on technology requests is shared transparently.

Process Improvement and Strategic Optimization:
- Evaluate and refine the technology intake process, using data-driven insights to propose process enhancements and drive efficiencies that benefit both business units and technology teams.
- Advocate for continuous improvement, using strategic input to optimize workflows, prioritize projects, and reduce bottlenecks in the intake and assessment process.
- Influence the decision-making process by providing clear, data-backed recommendations that align technology initiatives with business priorities.

Data-Driven Strategy & Reporting:
- Track and analyze data related to incoming technology requests, identifying trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to optimize the intake process in collaboration with the Technology Intake Manager.
- Develop and present performance dashboards for leadership, showcasing metrics on request volume, processing times, resource allocation, and project outcomes.
- Use data insights to inform strategic decisions about future technology investments, resource planning, and project prioritization.

Project Analysis & Strategic Resource Allocation:
- Assist team manager in project forecasting and resource planning by analyzing historical data and providing insights into potential resource requirements and project impacts.
- Help track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring that technology intake projects are delivered on time and in alignment with organizational goals.

Training and Process Support:
- Offer guidance and training to both business stakeholders and to more junior Technology Intake team members to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process.
- Ensure that all users involved in technology requests are equipped to submit accurate and relevant information, minimizing delays and miscommunication.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or technology operations or related field of study.

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role, such as project management, technology operations, or business operations.
- Strong background in communicating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Proven experience managing complex data, analyzing performance metrics, and providing strategic recommendations to drive improvements.

Skills:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking: strong understanding of business priorities and how technology can drive organizational success.
- Competency in project management tools, data analytics, and technology systems such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and Lucid.
- Leadership presence, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
