Your Role
This is a multi-facet position with primary responsibility in the Executive Protection and Global Events areas. The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide close protection of the CEO. This position is also responsible for the security staff at the permanent residence of the CEO in the greater Los Angeles area, as well as the daily advances and transportation of the CEO while they are in the greater Los Angeles area. Additionally, this position will be involved in conducting protective advances for a series of Warner Bros. Discovery domestic and international events. These events include Theatrical premiers, sporting events, political events, senior leadership meetings, etc.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Safeguarding the CEO's safety and security by conducting risk assessments, developing protection plans, managing travel logistics and maintaining discreet presence during all public and private events.
- Daily Transportation of CEO
- Assessing residence for security risk and recommending improvements.
- Conducting Events Advances
- Maintain open communication with CEO and Security leadership and provide regular updates on security risks and incidents.
- Assigned to assist with Executive Protection for special events when CEO is traveling.
- Demonstrated ability for discretion and confidentiality as this position will be privileged to sensitive information.
Qualifications & Requirements
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : $73,000.00 - $117,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
