We are looking for an exceptional product management postgraduate to join our team to help evolve NCAA Digital products, with a focus on March Madness Live and NCAA.com. The role will build great experiences for watching live games, supplemental features, and creating a digital experience for all college sports fans.

Role Accountabilities...
- Help manage and coordinate the product planning and execution of the entire product lifecycle for our digital products, focusing on the web experience for NCAA.com and March Madness Live.
- Collaborate across departments through all stages of product development, including strategy, concept ideation, requirement definition, development, QA testing, marketing, release, and post-release activities.
- Work hand-in-hand with development team to define and prioritize work, answer questions, test and record bugs, and create compelling features.
- Understand customer expectations, perform competitive analyses, and communicate consistently and clearly with internal stakeholders and executives about progress, roadblocks, and more.
Qualifications & Experiences...
- All candidates must be recent graduates (Spring 2024 or after) of a four-year NCAA member institution. Former NCAA student-athletes are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Passion for sports and digital/mobile media is highly encouraged
- Web and mobile-device savvy with technical aptitude
- Knowledge of simple, easy to use, and intuitive customer experiences
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to brainstorm, think outside the box, and turn to others for guidance and feedback
- Can work both independently and within a collaborative environment
- Available to work with flexible work schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
