Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Manager - eDiscovery & Digital Forensics, located in Atlanta, Georgiaa, with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Manager will lead and manage eDiscovery and digital forensics projects, oversee data collection, processing, and review, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The manager will also collaborate with legal teams, manage third-party vendors, develop and implement best practices, and provide technical expertise in digital forensics and eDiscovery processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing eDiscovery and digital forensics projects
- Expertise in data collection, processing, and review processes
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in eDiscovery
- Strong technical skills in digital forensics tools and methodologies
- Experience in working with legal teams and managing third-party vendors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or a related field
- Certifications in eDiscovery or digital forensics are a plus
- Experience in the media and entertainment industry is beneficial
