Your New Role...

The Analyst, Forecasting and Video Insights, will be part of a fast-paced team that provides audience trends and insights for the full portfolio of CNN Digital properties to help inform business strategy, revenue planning, and video strategy. This position will play a key role in analyzing audience engagement and trends, and support audience forecasting and video analysis.

We're looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience with gathering and visualizing data from various sources, coupled with a strong interest for analysis and insights. The ideal candidate will have a curious mind with enthusiasm for analytics and forecasting, demonstrating an ability to uncover trends and translate data into actionable insights.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Collaborate with video programming, video content, video product, and subscriptions teams to establish strong cross-functional relationships focused on delivering actional insights that guide decision-making for video.
• Leverage CNN's suite of analytics tools to create effective data solutions ranging from actionable analysis delivered in impactful presentations to building dashboards designed to answer stakeholder questions.
• Analyze performance across CNN Digital products, platforms, and business units to inform short-term and long-range projections. Support audience forecasting for finance, ad sales, yield management, revenue planning, subscriptions, and tech operations planning.
• Support key initiatives by providing analysis and insights to deeply understand CNN Digital's audience, content, subscription and product performance. Collaborate with broader Data, Analytics, Research & Testing teams to further refine approaches to the work and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Gather data and reporting requirements, develop data solutions to manage datasets and data transformations to make processes more efficient and accurate.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : $62,300.00 - $115,700.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
