Your New Role :
As the Director of AI Strategy & Governance, you will be the strategic leader driving our AI initiatives across the enterprise. This is a critical role focused on aligning AI investments with business objectives, ensuring robust governance frameworks, and managing ethical considerations in AI adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping the company's AI roadmap and enabling the organization to harness AI's transformative potential responsibly.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, data scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap that aligns with our business objectives and industry trends. You will champion best practices in AI governance, ensuring that our AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

AI Strategy Leadership
- Define and refine the AI strategy, aligning it with the company's vision, business objectives, and digital transformation goals.
- Lead the identification of AI opportunities across various business units to ensure AI is strategically integrated into every aspect of the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive AI-led innovation in content creation, personalization, customer experience, and operations.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for the AI strategy to measure success and ensure continuous optimization.
