Your New Role...
The Max Experience Design team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Product Designer to redefine how millions enjoy a diverse content catalog while connecting with advertisers.
As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead complex experience design projects, collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and writers. You will form a cohesive design strategy, lead high-impact projects, and enhance the customer experience.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Lead and collaborate on end-to-end design projects, crafting intuitive user and ad experiences across platforms.
- Formulate design frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Utilize prototyping and research to validate and refine solutions.
