Job Title : Analyst, Global Digital

Here you’ll get to :

Assist in modeling key digital platform deals that drive WCM’s business, working closely with WCM’s Digital and Finance teams :

Invest time in deeply understanding the structure of international digital deals

Deliver necessary model input data accurately and quickly by liaising with data owners both within WCM and at its partners

Find creative solutions when available data does not conform to initial expectations

Assist the Manager, Global Digital Finance in model construction as needed

Maintain semi-automated reporting dashboards for WCM and its global affiliates :

Ensure data submitted by WCM’s international offices is timely, accurate, and ingested into the system properly

Relay dashboard analysis results to relevant stakeholders

Search actively for new methods of generating key insights and communicating them to senior executives in Finance and Digital

About you :

1-2 years of experience in business analytics / intelligence, business development, or corporate development

1-2 years of experience in the music industry, preferably at an enterprise-scale music publisher or label

College degree or equivalent knowledge and experience

Collaborative thinker with interpersonal savvy; able to work positively through complex problems with others

Balanced ability to drive project progress independently and check-in as needed

Attention to detail

Desire to learn and grow in the role

We’d love it if you also had :

Ability to query data tables with SQL

Excellent knowledge of Excel—pivot tables, xlookups, if statements and logic tests, etc.

Working knowledge Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft PowerBI

Knowledge of Python or R a plus

Effective October 1st 2023, this position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.

Salary Range

60,000 to $70,000 Annually

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
