Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Case Installation Specialist. The Case Installation Specialist will be responsible for managing the installation of new cases, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing support to the underwriting team. They will also collaborate with internal teams to address any case-related issues and ensure a successful transition to the underwriting team.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance terminology and processes preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and remotely
