Position Title: Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor of Business Management
Department: Academic Affairs > Business
Position Summary: Warner University is seeking applications for a full-time faculty member to teach Business and Management, beginning in Fall 2025. Responsibilities primarily include teaching courses such as Introduction to Business, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Principles of Management, Managerial Communication, Human Resource Management, and Leadership in Business. Other responsibilities include student advising and serving on department, college, and university-wide committees. Candidates should hold a minimum of a master’s degree in Business Management (doctorate preferred) or a closely related discipline from a regionally accredited institution. We seek candidates committed to teaching, service, and the mission of the university. The successful candidate will teach primarily in the traditional setting at Warner University’s campus in Lake Wales and may teach online as well.
The successful candidate is expected to display a commitment to Christian education, especially as it pertains to the relationship between faith and business. The chosen candidate must affirm and support the university’s Statement of Faith. Preference will be given to candidates who have some degree of theological education or experience in Christian education in an orthodox, evangelical context.
Experience with Moodle or a similar online learning platform is also desirable.
