Warnock MacKinlay Law , a fast-paced, growing personal injury law firm in Scottsdale, is seeking a full-time personal injury legal assistant. Warnock MacKinlay Law values teamwork, critical thinking, and diligence. Candidates for this position must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of independent time management. Spanish is a plus but not a requirement. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL INJURY AND THE LEGAL FIELD.
Job duties include :
- Representing the firm in communication with clients and insurance companies.
- Organizing and managing new files.
- Working with the paralegal to collect medical records.
- Sending letters, documents, and obtaining police reports, medical records, insurance information, etc.
An ideal candidate would have the following attributes :
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL INJURY LAW AND IN THE LEGAL FIELD.
