As a Host, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. We're seeking friendly and organized individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting guests and escorting to tables
- Answering phone calls while keeping the host area cleaned and well stocked
- Performing restroom checks and cleaning duties
- Ongoing monitoring of workflow and guest needs
- Delivering excellent hospitality to each and every guest
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Assist with ongoing cleaning and sanitation
- Bussing tables as needed
- Other duties as assigned
