Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled System Modeler with expertise in Cameo System Modeler to join our growing team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects, creating and implementing system models that support our business objectives and facilitate continuous improvement. If you are a motivated individual with a strong background in systems engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools, we would love to hear from you.
Skills Needed :
Proficiency in UML and / or SysML or related modeling language
Proficiency in software design / development
Desired experience using modeling tool such as Cameo or Enterprise Architect (e.g., SysML, UML)
Excellent understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies
Experience with requirements management, traceability, and verification
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge Needed :
In-depth knowledge of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies and best practices
Familiarity with systems architecture frameworks (e.g., DoDAF, TOGAF)
Understanding of industry standards and guidelines (e.g., INCOSE, ISO / IEC 15288)
Knowledge of software and hardware development processes and life cycles
Familiarity with project management principles and tools
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain system models using Cameo System Modeler
Analyze and decompose system requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with project objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system design issues
Assess system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization
Generate technical documentation, including system specifications, interface control documents, and test plans
Support the development and execution of system verification and validation activities
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering and modeling, with a focus on Cameo System Modeler
Professional certifications in MBSE and / or Cameo System Modeler are a plus (e.g., OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP)
