We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Closing Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, detail and customer service skills. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
The position will be entry level and will entail opening new orders, review and enter purchase contract agreements, contact clients for additional information, review title commitments for accuracy, contact appropriate parties to clear any title requirements; enter appropriate fees for transactions; communicate with lenders for loan information and fees

5) Must be able to multitask
6) Experience with real estate transactions preferred but not required
