As a  Staffing Coordinator / C.N.A. Supervisor you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Warren Barr Lincoln Park by providing general supervision of C.N.A.’s, conducting performance evaluations, providing education to C.N.A.’s as needed, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe. You will also be responsible for scheduling Nurses / CNA's to meet our resident’s needs, maintaining a master schedule and securing coverage for open shifts when needed. This includes being on call to address any staffing changes.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have :

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of  Illinois C.N.A. certificate and C.P.R. Certification. Two (2) years of C.N.A. experience is preferable. The candidate must also be comfotable with computers and navigating different programs.
