The Facilities Custodial Lead will supervise in-house custodial cleaning crews’ activities at assigned location.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Supervise and assign day to day activities for custodial crews.
- Perform training, scheduling, cleaning, daily checkups on or with custodial staff. Assist in the hiring process for custodians.
- Train and encourage Warren Equipment Companies culture of safety.
- Work with supply venders to order cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Perform any special projects assigned by Facilities Superintendent.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one month of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- This position requires a pro-active, problem-solving individual who is able to manage a varied workload with constantly changing priorities.
- Individual must be detail oriented, well organized and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Must have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills by demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain positive rapport with a diverse employee/customer population.
