Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Warren Center in Queensbury, NY.
Compensation:
The base rate for this position is $26-$33 per hour, with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evening shifts. We also offer a weekly pay schedule and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
Job Description:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. This includes:
- Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
- Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid LPN state license
- Be in good standing with the State Registry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
