At Warren Center, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Director to join our team in Queensbury, NY.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with at least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care settings and 2 years of management experience. A current State RN license is required.
This role involves assisting the DNS with management responsibilities, maintaining the quality of care, and ensuring effective communication with all levels of nursing staff. The successful candidate will also be responsible for wound/skin rounds weekly, meeting the nursing medical needs of residents, and coordinating nursing services.
