DUTIES:
SALARY: Salary Table L. Salary Range as per Board approved Salary Table.
CONTRACT: 204 Day (39 Week); 7.0 hours per day, 35.0 hours per week. (Additional days as assigned by Superintendent/CEO)
Employment upon verification of BCI & FBI background checks, and all other pre-employment requirements are met.

- Associate Degree or higher.
- Advanced computer skills with ability to successfully work with data management and all Microsoft applications of Excel, Word, Internet, Power Point, Graphing, etc.
- Be knowledgeable on the academic requirements and demands of the grade level bands.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with Warren City School staff, families, administrators and stakeholders.
- Understand ethnic and cultural diversity of the community.
- Experience in collaborative leadership.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.

DUTIES:
- Create, fabricate, implement/facilitate Parent and Family Education and related activities as required by Title I, ESSA Section 1116 for PreK-12 and summer school students.
- Work collaboratively to integrate Title I Parent and Family Education programming and support the planning and implementation of parent and family engagement initiatives within the district.
- Assist the district to develop a family friendly school climate in cooperation with families, teachers, administrators, etc. Participates in meetings/activities enhancing the effectiveness of relationships between home, students and schools.
- Collaborates with district personnel in designing and facilitating programs and activities enhancing the effectiveness of relationships between home, students and schools.
- Work in collaboration with district/building curriculum support personnel to research and prepare material for various Academic Family Events including Literacy, Math, and Wellness Events. Initiates PO’s for necessary materials.
- Organize and maintain inventory and Title I Parent and Family Engagement program files and materials, ensuring necessary items are confidential and secure.
- Arranges material such as books, printed material, and arranges transportation of material to school buildings.
- Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings and seminars.
- Prepares survey material to evaluate program effectiveness and prepares reports.
- Responses inquires via phone call, emails, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining calendar that documents Parent and Family Engagement work.
- Abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of The Warren City School District Board of Education.
- Perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director of State & Federal Programs, Superintendent/CEO, Associate Superintendent, Supervisor of Community Outreach/Grant Development and/or his/her designee.
