The Warren County Educational Service Center is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support the leadership of our Social Communication Program, which serves students with autism and low-incidence disabilities. This role involves assisting with program oversight, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality instructional and behavioral supports aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs). The Assistant Program Supervisor plays a key role in crisis intervention, peer mediation, and fostering positive student behavior within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of direct experience in the WCESC Social Communication Program, along with strong special education expertise, strong knowledge of evidence-based practices to support ASD, and problem-solving skills to supervise staff, collaborate with families, and promote an inclusive and effective learning environment.
