Maintenance Trades
Worker Building Systems Technician
This is a permanent maintenance position working eight (8) flexible hours per day. An associate's degree or Trades Certificate in Electrical Technology, Building Automation Systems, or related field is preferred. The successful candidate should understand programmable building control systems, LAN wiring, both fiber optic and CAT-6 wiring, basic electrical circuits, fire alarm systems, door access control, and security systems. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to read working electrical drawings and diagrams.
