Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections using visual and NDT techniques such as PT, MT, and UT in accordance with company, industry standards, and customer specifications.
- Maintain proper certifications and training to comply with NDT methods and testing.
- Ensure project specifications and inspections are completed accurately and on time.
- Properly markup dimensions or welds that fail NDT methods.
- Create bubble drawings and AP forms.
- Report non-conforming material and corrective actions to the shop supervisor and Director of Quality Assurance.
- CWl certification and experience performing NDE inspections.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in fabricating inspection with a concentration on weld examination.
- Ability to read and interpret detail assembly and installation blueprints.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
