Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and NDT inspections to ensure compliance with quality management system
- Maintain certifications and training to perform NDT methods and testing
- Evaluate project specifications and inspections for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and submit reports according to project requirements
- Implement corrective actions for non-conforming material
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in fabricating inspection with a focus on weld examination
- Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) and NDT Level II UT certification
- Excellent knowledge of blueprints, drawings, and measurement tools
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
This position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
