Job Description:
Sales Consultants play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers by utilizing their exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They identify customer needs, showcase vehicle features, and convert inquiries into sales by closing deals effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, understand their requirements, and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
- Explain vehicle features, operation, and maintenance to customers.
- Qualify buyers by matching their needs to suitable models and building rapport.
- Compute sales prices, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to address customer inquiries efficiently.
- Foster buyer relationships by following up, engaging in community activities, and recommending sales promotions.
- Place special orders and ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, policies, and security practices.
- Enhance product expertise through training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license for operating motor vehicles.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.
