Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Aggressive Sales Bonus (based on wholesale growth, retail upsells, and profitability).

- Increase wholesale and retail parts sales through proactive strategies and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with body shops, independent repair facilities, and fleet businesses to expand wholesale accounts.
- Work closely with service and sales departments to identify upsell opportunities and optimize parts sales.
- Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to be sales-oriented and customer-focused.
- Implement sales goals, promotions, and incentive programs to drive revenue growth.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and margins to maximize profitability.
- Ensure superior customer service and a seamless parts buying experience.
- US Work Authorization is required.
- Proven sales experience in an automotive parts department, preferably Ford.
- Track record of growing parts revenue through wholesale and retail sales.
- Valid driver license and clean driving record as this role may operate company vehicles.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in Ford’s parts catalog, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS software.
- Ability to create and implement monthly sales targets and tracking systems.
