Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and determining their needs and preferences.
- Describing vehicle features and explaining their use, operation, and maintenance.
- Qualifying buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching them with suitable vehicles.
- Computing sales prices and total purchases.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
- Developing relationships with previous customers and recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Placing special orders and maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Qualifications:
- Autorization to work in the US.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various hours and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proper email and telephone etiquette.
- Must be comfortable with public communication.
